Terms and Conditions

Titanic View:  

  • Staff service the units around10h00. 
  • NO SMOKING in the rooms (R1500 penalty) in the rooms
  • Early check-in & late check-out must be arranged with management in advance
  • Breakage and damage to the property will be charged. Titanic View takes no responsibility for any damage, loss or injury to either persons or belongings incurred while staying at Titanic View. 
  • The facilities of Titanic View are ONLY available to paying guests. 
  • Please be considerate towards your fellow guests with regards to NOISE.  Noisy guests will be removed from the property without any refunds.  No parties at all.
  • All keys to be returned when checking-out at 10H00.  Check in time is at 14h00.
  • Dogs welcome with permission of the owner, as resident dogs are on the property.
  • Minimum 2 night stay over weekends and minimum 3 night stay over long weekends.
  • 50% deposit to confirm booking.
  • All bookings must be paid before arrival.

Cancellation policy: 

Cancellation 30 days before arrival will forfeit all monies paid.
